Before the renovation, the homeowner had a great house with an amazing Awbrey Butte location overlooking the Deschutes River. The problem was that the house was outdated, poor functioning, plus all of their neighbors were having updates done and this place needed work.
My clients wanted to update the living room with a modern look, some bench seating and hidden TV. We worked with the homeowner to come up with a modern and functional design that showcases the fireplace and surround. They didn’t want the TV to be the focal point so we designed a slat door to hide the television.
Complete renovation of kitchen including new floor plan, all new cabinetry, Jennair appliances and Cambria quartz. The original floor plan was not very functional, so we took a little space from the walk in pantry. We opened the pantry wall by installing a beam which created a new space for a recessed refrigerator.
