This house was love at first sight for us…….even though that sight included a full gut renovation and full kitchen remodel. Like so many 90’s era homes in Bend OR, it has great bones, but it had all original dated features including: melamine cabinets, outdated granite, faded red oak floors, slate tile, & 90’s era structural accents such as half walls, hexagon archways, scalloped moldings, and a built in oak bar to name a few.
